Tony Bruno partners with D’Angelico Guitars

“D’Angelico are the first guitars that have earned the respect of being in my guitar arsenal with Gibson and Fender. Flawless necks and tone! But they've also taken great care to create beautiful looking instruments as well. When I first went to their gorgeous showroom on 28th street it was with the intent of finding an acoustic guitar that was the right fit for the Broadway run of Rocktopia. Justin Friedman was trying to convince me to take one of their electrics to sound check. I was kind of set on guitars for the show. Anyway, I took the white Atlantic with me and played it at sound check, opened the show with it and basically never stopped playing it. It's so versatile and it screams when it needs to. I have since played their acoustics as well as hollow bodies and have been asked to work with them on social media videos. Tor, Justin and Jessica have been so generous with me and have lent Rock Me Amadeus their showroom for video shoots. Great company, great people and amazing guitars.” Tony Bruno

I do a lot of TV and film work that require revisions so as much as I love my Friedman, I can't very well mic it up every time. These guys really figured it out. The tone of these plug-ins are as good or better than the real thing. The Euphoria is modeled after the Bogner Ecstasy and the Spark after 4 classic Marshall heads. The tones are tight, super transparent and just so versatile. They have also really dialed in the effects architecture and pedal chain options. I find myself going back to old sessions and swapping out my old amps for these!! “
